It has no affect what so ever. Multiple artists die every year of every genre. IMO it could actually help 69 to move his comparable competition out of the way. Look at the Tupac/Notorious B.I.G. situation. When they passed it made a pathway for JayZ to take over.
Then take into consideration the time of year the show is taking place. Major vacation destination for 20yr old rap fans this time of year. This will sell out easy! $$$$
