Spain wouldn't get anything if they didn't negotiate years ago with KK Because imo KK would move on to the next project and leave it buried.

I have never seen so many ever changing story lines.

It only applies to warships.

Dr. Bragdon was brought in to strike a deal.

They have a deal or KK would have moved on.

Who cares? When we find treasure the pps can fly and it will take years for Spain to get it.

They can/t negotiate until they find something.
