my guess from years ago was 13. I just didn't see gov paying out hedgies and shareholders. The whole thing should be a public trial on tv like watergate was. Many persons should be going to jail and the docs should be released.
I still think we have a chance at court homer in Collins, but it is obvious all judges are delaying and this game is fixed until the end.
I can't see how the gov can end commons or pref without getting nailed in court with profitable giants.
We will be released trump term hopefully by 1st-2nd quarter next year if not sooner.
With news of release I see wild swings to 5-7 and then back down again with dilution. Gonna be interesting to see who plays the swings and those who just wait.
In the end 2-3 years down the road I see commons 12-20 lower end of Ackman guess because gov are thieves and will steal as much as they can.
Collins or another case rears its head, we could see Ackmans prediction or better.
