True, every time a triple .000 goes to a double .00 it attracts different folks,

Double .00 to a single .01 or copper it attracts different folks as well.

if there is enough meat to the PR that gets things moving and there is follow-on solid news, when those folks in copper land see it, it could easily go to silver.

Everything depends on timing and what's in the PR or news releases
