I don't think Saudi Arabia, which is under new management, will increase production, but U can be sure that other OPEC countries, EXCEPT Venezuela, will cheat on their production. Venezuela is a disaster, and I don't see their oil flooding the market any time soon.

However, all kinds of crazy things happen in the world of oil production, and it wouldn't shock me to see oil at $30 a barrel in the next few years.

What I would stay away from permanently is offshore drilling plays. No way, Jose.
