Because it hasn't happened yet, it's not possible......huh....... how about the HOLD optics impacting any deals at the moment....would you be signing any deals with that uncertainty hanging over a partners head.....not me....career suicide.......need the hold resolved to move forward

Yes, you don't get it. Merck wants to pay ADXS billions and not a couple of hundred million. They have so much cash (billions) rotting in the bank that the latter has warned Merck to spend it or lose it all in the next 6 to 9 months.
