Ok ok yeah they are dropping the white paper... Now that PlutusX is up and running (more or less) it open the door for Perfect Circle

Would someone please explain to me how them releasing the whitepaper will help ADTM in any way shape or form? Why are people acting like this is when ADTM is going to go big? What would make ADTM go big is securing business transactions within the MJ industry. Also stating and executing a plan with the 50 million in hedge funds they got. Another thing would be them becoming current in filings. ANOTHER thing would be a working website. ANOTHER thing would be an actual physical location. ANOTHER thing would be a PR relations team they stated they would have at the beginning of the year. Exactly zero of these things have happened. Plutus has stated their banking platform is slated for 2019 which is what ADTM would be using and only thing they would benefit from Plutus. So what exactly are you people getting hyped for?
