Not so fast. You need to dig deeper.

The pictures on Facebook are fabulous, however if you get a copy of the licence from the NY State Department of Agriculture you will find out that "YES" MCIG does have a joint Venture with FarmOn! Foundation... and YES the licence was grated to them for its Industrial Hemp Agriculture Research Pilot Program. Emphasis here is on the word "Research"!

HOWEVER, the licence granted to MCIG is NOT for the sale and distribution of hemp. Note that I use the word NOT, but the licence is ONLY for the JV team to posses, grow and cultivate industrial hemp.

MCIG and FarmON! are only Industrial Hemp Research Partners.
