FDA approval of APDN dna marker as an excipient passed review October 2017.

We will never know about solid pill dosages, capsules or anything else unless Hayward decides this is not confidential.

If you read Sanjay’s email to me, it says plainly that any company referencing our DMF is strictly confidential.

So, I am convinced by that email that there is never any intention to ever release information on any third party contracts through Colorcon or ACG.

I surely do wish I had a better answer.
