Like you, I have dug into everything. I find nothing worthy of such a extremely over valued share price around $4 and now $2 and going lower. I am not impressed with what I have watched and what I have researched. Also the chart shows many just trickling out shares before it drop the last leg.
IMO next leg lower is around $1.50 according to the chart and it suggests continued stair stepping lower weakness.
