I realize you cant or wont say much if anything here to protect the process, but are you optimistic a settlement can be finalize & disbursed within the next 60 days or is that completely nuts to think it could happen?

hopefully the DTC is anxious for this to go away forever. and your deal is something they want to grab hold of.

i dont even think the DTC has a single 106 share on deposit. And that the 645,xxx shares that are held there were old March Indy shares (pre 106) shares. arrggghhhh.

But irregardless, we are here. So is the 60 days from now window not a possibilty?

I got a message from IH Admin saying that my recent Moderator
request has been approved for Bancorp . . .

I've never made a request for it. I am sure they made a mistake.
Would you check again, please? TIA
