The bid and volume started to show up well before we learned of the SEC investigation. Presumably around the same time the SEC and Angel/Moffit agreed to pay back money made from the sale of unauthorized shares.

What I don’t understand is if the money gets paid directly to the SEC or if they are required to buyback those unauthorized shares and clean up the shell.

Could these purchases be a required buyback?
