I don't know what you're trying to show so I have nothing to offer on the post in general. It's commendable that you're TRYING to follow the filings, though.

***Only looked at what you're referring to as Q1 for 2017 and 2018 which you might want to show as CALENDAR versus fiscal year references. Or, since filings are reported on the fiscal year, refer to those quarters as Q3s.
