Next you hear is but...but S1 is not declared yet.

After it gets declared...but but the $5 million has not been wired yet.

Next, after the $5 million in the FINS and after a few patents are granted you will hear...but but 26 more patents are not granted yet.

And, when stock is in dollars.. you will finally hear..

but but...hmmmm.....I am outta here! LOL

SMH! Filing a S-1 is not the same as it being declared effective by the SEC.

It appears that OWCP investors only reads headlines - never reads a entire document - and has zero understanding of securities law or the patent process.

DGF is just a toxic lender.
