CNNE: Selling at a discount to the value of the underlying assets. Own 27% of Ceridian (CDAY) which was a recent IPO....that stake now worth more than the value of CNNE itself. Their most recent acquisition was T-System which they purchased for $200 million. Also own several restaurant businesses and as of the last CC had $100+ million in cash.
