Was just going to post that i wonder who actually is seeing VCTL post new 52-week highs daily with daily increases in volume...seriously under the radar, but this thing has been flying for some reason. Not even a pump is underlying it as the board only has a few folks on here watching and buying.

Very odd. Wish I knew what was afoot.
