Looking for GALT to issue secondary stock sale at today’s closing price. They would be crazy not to. But it could actually cause an increase in price signaling to the market and potential suitors that they would now have the ability to go it alone. It would serve BP right for playing hardball in partnership/ buyout negotiations. But might also cause a drop if they play favorites and issue a lot of warrants to sweeten the deal. Watching closely.
