Lbc, sorry but in my experience there is absolutely no way to tell if a large block is a buy or sell. Before scln began its huge Run up there were huge blue cos going up to on the bid and people were assuming they were sells like you are assuming and it later turned out to be huge buys . There is no way to tell until institutional sakes or buying info comes out and I think we need to pay to get that info
