$1 will happen on the day they announce the construction news within the first 1 hour IMO. All it would take is maybe 500k to 1 million in buying pressure. I believe the line of credit for that $3 billion was real as it did state it was for US, UK, and Albania Energy projects which means Falak obtained the financing for PSPW related projects but never signed any paperwork to set the company up directly. Structured Financial was real and based in the state side in Scottsdale, AZ.
The unknown is how much financing are they going to line up for PSPW if they own majority interest in the company. It is in their best interest to get as much as they can because they will make the money back instantly on the stock appreciation which should be a market cap of 2-5 times the line of credit based on a typical market reaction. Or one can apply forward projected PE ratios based on assumed profits of the money which are around 40-50 for energy related projects.
If its just this one project then yes i estimate it will be around $1.50 to $2.00 but again it never added up why are they asking for $1.3 billion for a relatively small and insignificant project named shala energy that wont do much for the share price?
I hope they provide some clarity and all it would take is securing a large project somewhere in the world and its done. Just 1 billion dollar project somewhere. In the energy world that spends $500 billion every year in energy related projects for renewable.

This is my last post allowed for the day. But I can tell you this something forced them to file that 8k last week. I dont think they do random events for a voluntary filer of a company. It makes no sense to disclose it now unless other events are about to unfold. GLTA!
