Before I'm a believer I need to know the details of the acquisition of controlling interest. Also how the Asama plans actually work. If I read correctly sounds like there is a guaranteed return and you know what they call those.
I would also want to know Franks compensation structure, not how much but more who pays him and what drives his compensation. My feeling is he just gets a vig on whatever packages he sells on the asamafarm website. The site is based in the US, hiding behind his normal proxy, so he does control it IMO.
