OWCP doesn't have $5 million - I guess most OTCM investors don't understand securities law - the Equity Purchase Agreement states a registration statement has to be filed and declared effective by the SEC - most OWCP investors seem to believe filing a S-1 is the same as being effective - that most certainly isn't true.
Our new institutional investor (DGF) also looking forward to some nice gains for their clients as well. These guy's did their homework and came to the conclusion that we are a high growth investment. Nothing new for many of us though, we knew the massive potential here from day one and the reason we have continued to hold through all the volatility over past couple years. I knew from the beginning we have a gem here and feel very blessed to get in when I did and anyone lucky enough to build a position at these prices is blessed.
