Great find!

This is a real gold rush era ghost town that has been family owned for decades and a real effort was made to keep it from being looted by visitors.

4 million dollars cheaper than Nipton, unknown though if Long Pine is ok for marijuana businesses.

Never Been but Lone Pine is Beautiful
That could be a real destination. I’d take snow in the winter in Lone Pine over 125 degree heat in summer at Nipton. Plus Cerro Gordo is right near Tahoe, Yosemite, and Reno; all much better places than Vegas
