I believe they only donated 10 police cars, however, they are not on the road because they have not been approved by their ministry as roadsafe. That designation is what is hindering everything from what I can see.
There was an article that came out last year regarding the police cars. In the Yearly report, they said they have only sold 3 cars officially, as they cannot sell without that approval. Hoping it happens soon!
