It’s not. You stated warrants. The 13D was in regards to a series of preferred. Warrants and preferred equity are two total different animals.

Ok, potentially. I just rechecked and warrants are part of the 13d. I’ll give you that. I just need more from Gene at this point and would like him to oupdate to get the ball rolling because the longer it takes the more we get diluted. It’s a fact of life with a company like this I’m just sensing some BS and want to get rid of that feeling.
