There could be many of them now that it's a clean shell.

RMRK is NOT a "clean shell". It is actually very dirty. So dirty, in fact, that CRCW immediately wrote-off the amounts that RMRK owed them as "uncollectable". RMRK still owes them the 6 figure debt, but CRCW does not see any way that RMRK will ever raise enough money to pay them, especially with all the toxic death spiral convertible debt in front of them in line for assets.

RMRK is about as far from "clean" as you can get. Not to mention the SEC can suspended, and revoke, the stock at any time. The SEC just suspended and is revoking another delinquent shell that someone was dumb enough to acquire while delinquent. I doubt anyone will make the same mistake with RMRK.
