i have absolutely nothing to back it up except for my experience in other stocks. ipkl feels to me like xkem did in its early stages, dilution and all. initally i thought ipkl was comparable to usxp, but i'm seeing more similarities to xkem in terms of management actions, share structure and the potential revenue that is driving the pps move
