If every thing goes smooth we are most likely 2 -6 years away from being approved to start full scale production. The process is very time consuming and designed to ensure those drugs that do make it to market are doing what they are designed to do. When I say 2-6 years I am not pulling this number out of thin air. The drug has to go through 3 phase of testing all of which takes time. Each Phase is designed to eliminate drugs that do not work. The odds for getting through this testing is 1 in 5000. Even with that being said I think this drug has what it takes to make it through. But lets don't over hype it! The FDA is not going to fast track this drug or any drug without proper testing. If you are curious about the testing process here is the link to The FDA explanation of the testing process.

My philosophy on investing in drug stocks are as follows

Phase 1 I buy 50,000 - 100,000 shares price point .01 -.03 PPS
Phase 2 I Buy additional 100,000 -250,000 shares .05-.10 PPS
Phase 3 I buy additional 50,000 -100,000 shares .10 -.20 PPS

If the price get beyond my targeted prices I hold off and do not buy. Just a thought and this is my plan. Doesn't mean it is right or the only way to invest, but its what works for me and prevents me from getting caught in the hype and over buying when the emotions start running high.

Buying these stocks should be planned on as a long term investment and not a get rich scheme. The entire testing process from conception to market can be as long as 12 years! Now if we are bought out that is great! Icing on the cake, but as an investor I think we need to plan on the long term.

Lets get approved for Phase 2 and get through it successfully!
