It is just a "PRELIMINARY PROSPECTUS SUBJECT TO COMPLETION DATED JUNE 15, 2018"! So the real effect should be seen after a couple of weeks once they finish the Definite Prospectus.
Anyway both the book value and cash value will be raised significantly after the new cash raising! Which means NSPR will get much stronger financial fundamentals by then!
Luckily I already sold out all my positions here! On Monday I'll watch and see if any opportunity to steal some dirt cheap shares...
What I don't understand is why the CEO is always against all the shareholders on Friday's After-Hour sessions? Why he blocks the way for NSPR to test $2.03 ~ $1.64 which was going to happen very soon if there were no such event yesterday?
