They issued about 250 million shares at .0004 to raise some capital. Says subscription agreement so I’m assuming it is all restricted for 6months!!!!
Absoluteley fantastic news!!!!!!! That brought in some cash from serious investors/individuals. If you’ve ever had a penny stock certificate you would know trying to put them on deposit to sell cost like $2,500 so these guys that made small loans are definitely banking on .01 or more.
