Anyone who thinks no RS needs to wake up...have you looked at the OS lately? Over 8.9bil out of 10bil authorized. At current pps HelpComm's preferred shares convert to 1.3bil shares which already exceeds authorized shares without even adding in convertible notes and shares being issued to Triton. RS is guaranteed. No other options.
