It is live look on OTCmarket.com just because it isn't on ihub doesn't mean it isn't live. He didn't issue it as a press release that is why you are not seeing it on Ihub.

Why are the 10q's not uploaded to Edgar Sec Filings like other OTC stocks? My trading platform does not have OTCMarkets.com filings
