Why do you say that? Is it the recent 8-K that discloses the authorization of another 25M shares authorized that will hit the market in the next 12 months, dilute the cap table even further or the fact that the company has never made a dollar and now trying to sell the public that they have a service that people will pay $420 a month for when they could not sell the service for a lesser cost years ago?
