I know they are looking at the accumulated deficit. And you and I know that part of that is actual and part is a soft hit on the cash flow. I know you know the answer, and I really don't want to start from 1999 SB-2 to present to pick out the ratio. Either way this company is and has always been insolvent and a complete failure from inception.

Care to enlighten?

Also, I am curious who all these "finder"s are and what did they "find"?

If you can opine please, especially those highlighted in red, might shed some light.
