wishmd,
I along with many others have been pondering the same questions you have about the AIM listing. From what I've gathered, there will be an IPO on the AIM to raise money. The PPS of the stock there will adjust according to the market value, and our shares will rise (or fall) to meet that value. By them being on the AIM we are essentially on it too because we get all of the benifits that those shares get (audited statements, credibility, ect..). This is all just my opinion of coarse.

NDOL Observation concerning OTC and AIM,

As I have observed from time to time on here the questions comes up about moves to other exchanges. To me it is a non-issue. What do I mean by a non-issue?

That we will be on both exchanges and that this will not mean a change to our stock ownership.

If we reduce the stock ownership to the lowest common denominator we are all shareholders if we own the stock.

We are thus interested in the success of the whole since it means success for us as individuals.

It means we can agree to disagree in a respectful honest way and still wish or hope or pray or whatever word we use to see the company successful.

Let me just say a few things that might encourage those who have questioned their investment in the past.

I try to find stocks that I feel are going to be successful and profitable. In NDOL as in others I have owned or own I believe I have found that. Now that does not mean I have to watch, coddle or burp it each and every minute to see if it is breathing.

Can you imagine doing that with a live baby. Not only would the mother be very angry but the baby would die due to lack of food, sleep etc. etc. because of our meddling.

If you can stop being a person with tunnel vision looking for this to go to the moon and remember why you bought the stock and enjoy the ride instead of asking are we there yet a million times we might actually learn something...or not.

Best to all and just remember that most things discussed here that are not solid DD,PR's or real news are probably not worth this boards time.JMHO

On another note. I just spent the last 4 hours talking by phone with two shareholders and it was very enjoyable.
TIA for taking the time to chat with me.

Have a good night all.
I know I will
