That's the point! Regulators paid 500K+ and they cannot even have a valid market to trade in - really guys?

Pretty simple - a fair and even playing field should exist in the market place

All brokers should have shares before they even allow the symbol to trade again - that said the RS hit the daily list yesterday tradable shares should be in folks account prior to open the next day.

Regulations should exist defining an acceptable timeframe for delivery of shares

Any broker not delivering shares in the timeframe defined would be fined ditto other parties involved
