remember the c's and d's are worthless until debt is settled (voting rights is all until then no capital value). the A's owned by JB were cutdown by last R/S and the B's owned by Groman were reduced from max conversion of 1 bn to 50.5 mn I still hold more common then the a's and b's added together if fully converted so if this is some kind of crazy consulted p&d scheme they gotta take me along too.
