I don't care, its better to have to much than not enough. Oregon will have to deal with it. Does not affect me one way or the other. As for black market weed until a couple years ago it was all black market weed. The stuff coming out of the Emerald tri-county area was black market weed and some of the best in the world. I guess it who you know right. LVVV is a very good idea and Cali needs it. GLTA
