Anything is possible. But if they SAVY were out to SCREW us. They would be pumping out PRS left and right trying to get SHARES sold. Instead it looks like they want to get financials out. Than build from that point. Just doesn't seem like your typical OTC BS never ending pumping. With no product, service or sales to speak of. SAVY seems to be developing a BRAND and they have sales.
