LOL Maybe the State should sell their stash to other States who can't keep up. Couldn't do that that's a federal offense. I understand your point with all that crappy weed down there. Guess everything can't be from Humboldt Co. and to much cartel crap. And you would be surprised how full the dispensaries are around here. Good grief we have had 6 more just open up here in Oregon City. I went to them twice just for the novelty of it. Don't like paying all the tax they tack on to recreational pot. Besides I know about 4 master growers but there are a lot of people who don't know growers and love driving down to the nearest pot shop. Very convenient.
