Wrong yet again...OWCP is not under investigation....that has been played out months and months ago....how long will you use that excuse before you move to another target. I already proved to you OWCP has not been involved in any "pump" in 2018. And the S-1 is filed.....what do you have left? When OWCP announces new sales,what then? And I'm not paid to say that....peace!
