Haha I rather get my info from sec filing than a platform that can’t update as quick as the filings.. explain the 50 million in preferred Shares? I have 10k shares at 2.70 but I’m really considering buy back below 2.50. Why should I pay 50% more? Peterson can prepay some of these notes at 115%. Why not pay that like some other companies do for their shareholders? Do that and decrease the authorized shares down to at least 500 million and shareholders will pour back in with confidence.
