It looked to be about 8x20. It wasn't finished yet. Still missing its roof and siding/paint. I'm guessing they moved it outside because once it has its roof it wouldn't fit through the door. It basically looked like a box with some windows.
From the street it looked reasonably well done, but nothing special. I still don't know why they didn't just purchase one of those single wide prefab site trailers, but at least they are doing something.
