We aren’t talking big $$$$ invested but at this point it’s the principle of the matter. Someone has to be held responsible for this scenario going down. Megas? DTC? Brokers? Make sure they pay so we can finally close this chapter and move on...

something is definitely better than nothing, in terms of a settlement, but we should demand a just settlement (if we are fortunate enough to get one). 5 cents a share is not just, given what brokers took & did here, and what the DTC has done, and not done. for so many years.

i am not trying to disrespect you at all, and you are certainly entitled to your opinion, but if the brokers/dtc are not penalized some, they will, like so many corporations before them, weigh out risk vs reward and continue acting with reckless impunity. Sort of like automakers weighing out the cost of implementing seatbelts many years ago in all vehicles vs. the cost of lawsuits from deaths because of no seatbelts.
