I think this is Alpines new rules. I'm sure similar companies have their own rules. I don't know all the ones that will allow conversations. I was looking at buying some notes to be the bad guy everybody talks about. I know there are 3-4 companies that will convert for note holders. I looked into it a while back but it seemed more difficult than expected to dilute. Should just leave it to the pros
