preferred cant convert until debt is wiped clean, will need to pump sp for that to happen. What kind of r/s ratio is "huge" 10,000 : 1 will bring s/p high enough for NASDAQ listing. i'm being sarcastic of course because the r/s also hurts the preferred share numbers (REF: JB's class A's being reduced by a factor of 10 last time).
