They still need a good bit of money to start construction. No contractor in their right mind would start construction on a project this size without a good down payment. With all of the relatively small loans they have taken out recently, I wonder where they hope to raise the money. I am also curious, with their claims of the benefits their hydrogen gensets, why they are not announcing that this will be run on green energy.
