A company’s merit is determined by executing business...i e. Sales increases, JV, financings, equity stakes, growth, etc.

These things are material and need announced in news or filings...

It is news that allows a company to trade on merits..

Daytraders never make the big bank. It is ok as it creates a market.. and liquidity.
