20 years of playing pennies I expect the R/S to drive the price forward not backwards. Anyone that thinks moving to the Nasdaq is bad just want your shares. It's very rare for an OTC to get to the Nasdaq.

I dont think you understand how a reverse split works. All common shares outstanding are split...including the shares people own.

Yes, including the shares held by officers and insiders. If there is an R/S it will be for the benefit of EVERYONE.

Yeah I guess I don't/didn't. Very new to trading. Bought my first batch back last summer when it was .25, sold most of it in Jan to buy 2 shares (lol) of MJMD when I saw it shooting up, what a mistake! Bought it back and more 6 days later.
