I agree with you 100%;

IMO, Success is the amalgamation of science/technology and Management Decision making. The science part is fine, it is the management aspect that is lacking in case of ADXS. Burning 200 million dollars in less than 3 years and having nothing to show for it a testament to gross neglect of management duties.
