Short volume is meaningless and not detrimental to HVCW. Short volume isn't a red flag in the first place as it doesn't relate to a specific position taken, therefore meaningless. Only can it gain meaning when properly compared to short interest and FTD reports.

FYI, Short volume and Short interest are not the same.
